The UVIS-100 system, with its modern advanced technology, scans, inspects, and records the underside of vehicles passing over it. This system is designed specifically for military campuses, industrial and commercial centers, residential complexes, and other areas that may be targeted by vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs) or require high-security measures.
The UVIS-100 series under vehicle inspection system captures and displays photographs of the vehicle’s underside using a high-resolution automatic digital area scan camera. If a suspicious object is detected under the vehicle, it is highlighted on the monitor. Thanks to its advanced electronic technology, it can be easily integrated with many physical security products like roadblocks, barriers, and license plate recognition systems. The Optima license plate recognition system reads the vehicle plates and records them in the system. Thus, the underside photographs of previously recorded vehicles can be compared with the photos taken during passage.
